Something just occurred to me. You know that little black boxes they are putting in cars now? The electronic controllers? I know they can be controlled remotely – to prevent you from starting your car. What if they can also be controlled remotely to … say prevent your brakes from working. It is entirely within the realm of possibility.
And track your every movement and record your speed and driving habits./…
