Dear Mr. Gordon and House Committee Science & Technology
This letter will come to you on the Anniversary of the Pearl Harbor Attack, December 7. This letter will serve as a warning and an appeal to your
compassion for all American Citizens and all Mankind and all other Natural Life-forms on this Planet. The problem is Our Sky, the warning is that WE want it back,
immediately. But, our demand is that it not be a Sky that rains-down the toxic, lethal Weaponized fallout caused by ChemTrails deployments in our Sky. We bring this to
your immediate attention.
My name is R. Michael Castle and I reside in Columbus, Ohio USA, as a Concerned Private American Citizen. In my addressing the Congress of the
United States and US House of Representatives Committee on Science and Technology, I want to be certain that I receive your full attention to this Subject that I will
attempt to describe to you. That subject is specifically, a lay-derived phrase we have called ChemTrails, a.k.a. Aerosolized Heavy-metal(s) particulates, and
Weapons-Grade Biological Agents/GMO, and Self-Replicating/Genetically-Altering Nano-Devices that have already infested Millions of Humans, across this Globe.
The NASA Administrator ‘knows’ the NAOMS Data includes chem. Analyses of particulates recovered from the Atmosphere and this is certainly damning
information….proof positive that ChemTrails are a serious factor and they know these Operations exist. Minnich at NASA has for years denied, denied, lied, lied…Terminate
that man from his position with NASA, he is a pathologic liar.
Mr. Gordon, this subject is no less than a Global Event, I called this a Methodic Demise (My White Paper enclosed) ChemTrails (et al) are released
all over the World, but specifically on the entire North American Continent, on a daily basis. How do we know this? Researching and investigation of just exactly what
these jet-emissions-lines, wavy-clouds, grids-an-checks, arrows, or other strange aerial-artworks, initially looking like jet-contrails, but, these jet-emissions will
linger-for-hours, flatten-out and within hours, completely obscure the light, then, yield a gray-crud-haze in the Sky, I know you have seen this in Tennessee also.
We, are many, many individuals, 100% independent, non-corporate or military alignments, whom have studied/researched/investigated since 1999, these
crude and wicked Weapons-of-Mass-Destruction that have been unleashed upon the Face-of-the-Earth, for gain-of-profit and Control, ultimately culling populaces. We have
observed and seen the pain and suffering, sickness and diseases, Controls of Weather-Water-Drought (all with US Patents) (as designed and deployed by the US Air Force
and DOD Federally Approved Contractors) that are routinely sprayed, dispensed or other-wise released into Our Atmospheric Air Column and the breathable Air. DEA Drug War
BioControls, that reproduces into an insidious mutation of a Fungal/Viral GMO that excretes lethal mycotoxins into Humans.
There are the ‘embedded’ within the ranks of the DOD and DARPA, DOE, EPA, FBI,CIA, NSA, NASA, NOAA, NWS, IRS, FEMA, Homeland Security, US Air Force
& Reserve, US Air National Guard, US Navy & Reserve, Federally Approved-Contractors, Multi-National Contractors and Foreign-Military and this is just the short list.
Mr. Lee Hamilton, former 911 Commission Co-Chair, was just recently or yet remains, on the Board-of-Directors of BAE International/Industries, in which a multi-million
DOD Contract was given to BAE to take over all Operations of the HAARPS Microwave/ELF Array in Gatkona, Alaska. The HAARPS unit is the second-phase of all
Weather-Manipulation, globally and pivotal to the Mind-Control Weapons.. Relative to this disclosure of facts of unbelievable savagery by these Operations Thugs,
that carry-out Operational Weapons deployment/Spray activities, every Day, continuing this Aerial/aerosolized-Chemicals assault on the unknowing Populace below.
Then, there’s the real ugly form of this story; Nano-Devices/AI attacks on American Citizens and other global populaces. We have studied, observed, analyzed and
identified the ChemTrails Webs and filaments as the major origins of the Nano-pseudo Life-forms that infest Humans, animals and probably all major Life forms, down
to the genetic levels.
Mr. Gordon, We demand that you recognize what is before you and hear what we have said, alleged and stated as Truth.
We will not ask if these Weapons exist, as We have collected ample evidence and proof of such Weapons existence and deployments. We Shall not
debate with our Elected Officials regarding the multiplicity of reasons as why these Weapons are used upon us in the first place. We demand that these Weapons be
shut ’OFF’.
We want a new Law, a Law that will forevermore protect our Atmosphere from any and all Weaponizations. I do propose a model for this new Law, I
wrote this DRAFT-Law in 2003 (Revised 07) entitled, Unified Atmospheric Preservation Act of 2007. Copy provided. Written in plain, Common English, purposefully. This
Draft-Legislation was sent to Dennis Kucinich (Ohio) and he would not look at it. His endeavor to stop ChemTrails and Psychotronic Weapons (HR-2977) usage were dashed
by standing-down to Corporate-Military influences, or, at least that was or findings on that matter.
We demand that there be complete and absolute revocation of PUBLIC LAW 95-79 [P.L. 95-79] TITLE 50, CHAPTER 32, SECTION 1520 “CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL
WARFARE PROGRAM” and ALL revocation of all any and all Powers to dispense, spray, deploy or otherwise release any Chemical, Biological, bio-electronic, radioactive or
en mass dispensed Vaccines or other Agents upon American Citizens or any Human Populaces.
I understand that one of our Coalition-Friends delivered certain ChemTrails and Morgellons Information packages to Washington, D.C. to other
Congress Persons and those Offices, just this past Monday, December 3, 2007, possibly to your Committee.
I would recommend that you request our presence of six (6) key Researchers for our testimony, including Clifford Carnicom, Dr. Hildegarde Staninger,
Shoshanna Allison, Dr. Karjoo,, Mr. Jeff Rense, Sandra Autry and myself, R. Michael Castle.
This letter will be arriving in Washington, D.C., to the attention of Mr. Bart Gordon, Chairman, Committee on Science & Technology and before the
Sunsets that same Day, across the World on Internet Websites, Radio, TV, Satellite, Short-Wave Broadcasts that We believe represents the a Voice to WAKE UP.

These ChemTrails have been observed by Tens-of-Millions of Citizens, just in the US, and then unexpectedly, make many, many people in the observed area, sick. Seems
to make Drug Companies profit’s skyrocket, seems to be slowly poisoning Us, poisoning the Waters, Foodstuffs, every breath is accompanied by a lung-full of sub-micron
sized particulate of Heavy-Metal, like Barium, Aluminum, Arsenic, Cadmium, Thorium ( 2% radioactive), 4-6 hours after planes fly-by.
Does not end here, only begins…The millions of Individuals, just in the United States whom have found they have a new disease
called Morgellons Fibers Syndrome or Disease. We have tracked all that ChemTrails-deployed Nano-Technology to be an infestation by ‘Self-Replicating/Genetics Altering
Nano-devices with an even a Dendritic-shape that may be replacing Brain-matter with an Artificial Intelligence. The ultimate Psychotronic Mind-Control Weapon, briefly
described by Congressman Dennis Kucinich of Ohio in a former Space-Weapons Ban/Preservation Treaty. Both ChemTrails and Psychotronic-Weapons were officially listed as
entities that would be banned, in that Bill. The Bill was taken down, re-written and those two Weapons Systems were specifically excluded from the re-Draft. Yes, that
was rather odd. That’s what we’re talking about.
I certainly have information that you can examine and highly encourage your Committee to do so. My White Paper entitled, ‘The Methodic Demise of Natural Earth’ was
written in 2003 and has went around this World at least three times, to ‘Info Speak-Easy’ in Europe, German, France, UK, Australia, Croatia, Greece, Sweden, Japan,
Taiwan, New Zealand and all points reporting the same ‘ChemTrails Terrorism’ falling from the Sky.
